Tera PVP - Mystic vs All Classes Again

10 жыл бұрынThis is a PVP video featuring Mystic PVP. Mystic vs all classes, note that i'm not professional and neither are the ones i'm fighting. I made this video simply for fun and to try and bring an intrest to other people to try out Tera Online.
If you dislike the music then simply turn off the volume on the video.

I don't get why people complain about the music. I mean, there's a mute button for a reason :P Besides, it matches the character a lot.

fun, I just started not too long ago as a mystic and only just reached 47. i must say in all the pvp and battlefields we just gotta whittle away at people's hp bars while we dodge and tele with all our might :)

I believe the only class that hits you more(hard?) is the Lancer in this video. Nice fight. I fought a Mystic a while ago as a sorc. It is difficult with all that thrall hitting me. them healing. and kiting. I was force to be aggressive. I'm still level 43. Maybe when I get all my skill. I can probably beat a expert Mystic user. great video btw.

I do not, but if you want to do a lot of duels then you could run with that. But you would only use that glyph for 1v1. Use it for anything else and it's a waste of glyph points in my opinion.

Ah good old times. Almost sad they're gone actually. Nowadays PvP is so balanced, it takes less than walking around to win a duel. Just bash the spacebar...

I would say priest, but it's all about preference. Mystic is more focused on control and priest is more about just healing. ^^

This is old pvp. Now with the gunner it's all like "Duel Start! .. *Arcane Barrage* 1% left.. *replenish* *Arcane barrage after instant CD* "Duel Lost" XD but I play mystic gj!

Whats kind of game is Tera? Is it focused on 1 on 1 PvP? So u need good gear (& ofc skill) or can you go to mass-pvp even with average or low gear? And most importantly, is it trully free to play? I mean is it Play2Win or Pay2Win? I used to play Metin2 (gameforge) & 99% of all events were IS based.. & I liked Aika Online for even beginners could participate in mass-pvp (raids & bgs). Thanks in advance :)

Because Thrall of Warth fails 70% of the time, either he is too slow or he just derps around too much.

Depends if you are using charms or not, if you don't use charms it's too much of a mana investment.

Btw does the fact that orbs are not affected by the healing boosts bother you? well late game u can get back like 16 k hp with an orb if i'm not wrong. and a priest can get back like 35 k hp with their healing skill.

For crystals I use 3 Brilliant 1 Swift and 4 Relentless and 4 Succoring for PVE and Relentless for PVP. ^^

mystics awkwardly excel in PVP because of their high mobility and variety of curses and dots they can put on the enemy player

If you are really good and really lucky with your crits then yes it is possible.

jack sharknew For 1v1 obviously healers are the best. But best class overall, I would say it's more about preference. But if you want my personal opinion then I think priest is the strongest class in comparison to mystic.

I play a mystic but the way they duel will make alot of people run from the game! It will look like melee can't catch range. People that have never played will think that lol! A few of my friends won't play because they think things like that

You mustve never played WoW. Cause pretty sure healers in that game are the stupidest shit I have ever seen. Druids who literally can't die. Priests who can do more burst than a rogue.

I just think it has a lot to do with the fact you either can't beat one or you failed at one. mystic are easy asf to kill at lv 65. lv 60s vs mystic doesnt mean anything cause those lv 60s still have some Op ass skills to unlock. when i was lv 30-60, mystic/healers are impossible to kill cause i dont have my ultimate/eviscerate or knockdowns skills yet. Im lv 65 slayer and i can wope this mystic ass. (even if she was lv 65, ill still beat her)

i guess this is enough info to tell me that a mystic will pretty much win when it comes to 1v1 pvp. guess ill do a mystic instead of a warrior

You can also make a priest. In 90% of the cases in a 1v1 between a healer class and a non healer class, the healer will win even if he has worse gear than his opponent. The only way for a DPS class to actually win vs a healer is to burst them through out a stun or simply 1 hitting them, which is not impossible!

this stupid class should be erased from this game, anyone can fkin make a mystic and show everyone thats there is no class that can handle a stupid running noob healing and target poisoning while runing. at least a nerf.. people begs for lancer and slayer nerfs.. but this guy... mystic should be like priest.. able to scape.. but not able to kill... is very stupid. there shouldn't be a class able to win every class 1 on 1...

you need to learn what is a mystic 1st, is not a healer, is a SUPPORT, not the same. And lovely mate, i can beat all classes too with my priest (pve gear). Btw, i still thinking they let the mystic wins, cause the priest only need to auto dispell poison and done....

ohh plzzz dood.. a priest cant kill no one with same gear.. is easy to dodge the few low damage skills.. not as heavy targeting poison harass of mystic.. and the op damage thrall... priests are better healing themselves.. than killing, i have seen some few priests killing, but is almost imposible against people of same gear and average skills.

Joseph Stracener If you're here to imply that a mystic is equal in difficulty compared to any other class, then that's pretty funny. The majority of classes in Tera seem to at least require some aim. It's not like WoW where you can target something, hit a hotkey, and do damage. This video just doesn't show any "skill", in my opinion. It just showcases ones ability to run around in circles.

Mystic requires more forethought and planning to win a fight. It also requires positioning, watch the video and see how the mystic keeps the attacker between herself and her motes, enabling her to teleport into them when they are needed

Healers in this game confuse me. Nowdays, the game is nowhere near good enough to warrant playing it unless you enjoy the combat. And playing a healer is the least action combat you can get in the game with the lock on and what not. What makes Tera fun for a healing class?

+HighClass GoogleWhore If you generally like playing healers in general, I dont think it matters. I find it rather relaxing to play a healer, and being a good healer is completly dependant on the group you're with. You can always improve yourself in being a good healer due to there always existing people that gets hit by every single thing ^^
