Forgot to mention I can animation cancel with Cross Parry. It's just not working the way I thought it would Traverse cut after Combative Strike is slow if I use Cross Parry between both attacks for instance.

When you cancel animation u break the chain and need to activate the ability manually

yes, you need to understand NOT to animation cancel skills that chain into one another. (so itll be like... Backstab > cancel > Charging slash > bladedrwa > cancel > cascade > cancel > combative rob > scythe

Leaping Strike is a chain for scythe... you aren't supposed to cancel it with block!

vortex doesnt chain on console??? ... thats strange lmao. It's something that has always existed since release. And yes you are right, you need to roll or dfa before the backstab, which is VERY common and a staple combo.

Ryan's Gaming that's not the only thing, most of the combos presented in your video can't be done on tera console. For instances stagger abilities can't stagger for long so you have to use knockdowns immediately after either a stun or stagger. I'm not sure why the classes act different from pc ' s version of tera, though all I can say is either I'm doing something wrong or the 2 games are very different for each platform.

In places like Skyring i'd also roll glyphs for gamble because of how strong it can be there! As for your other comment, i can try making a more detailed basic tutorial soon :b block canceling just takes practice and understanding length of animations.
