That’s awesome! It’s a pretty easy install glad it all worked out for you. The gladiators look SO MUCH better when lifted even a little bit.

Hey thanks watching! Unfortunately my garage is usually filled with other toys so it’s just easier to work in the driveway sometimes. Haha It’s a very easy install so even if you had someone do it you should only be charged for an hour or so of labor.

If you use the one inch spacer you will have about 1/2 inch of rake. You’ll barely notice the rake and you won’t need shock extenders. 35” tires look really nice it adds a little beefy look to it. In my opinion the way the Gladiators should have came factory.

@@BTHAlaska i see some guys running the 1-1/2 tera flex on the front then put the daystar 3/4 inch spacer on the rear to keep some rake also

Interesting that’s really disappointing. When I installed my Rock Krawler lift I used this kit to level it and my springs did the same thing in a pretty dramatic way so I had to get the Rock Krawler specific leveling kit and it fixed my issue. On my stock springs I didn’t have an issue though.

@@BTHAlaska yea I sent pics to teraflex and the installer stock springs so wasn’t expecting it. I noticed the bottom disc that has that stepped incline is different on each side. The spring locks toward the front on the drivers side and towards the back on the passenger side. Measured from ground to fender and top of tire to bottom of fender and both sides are completely in sync almost like they did it for a reason. Worst part… I paid someone to do it so I didn’t have these questions lol!

Sorry for the delayed reply sometime KZfaq just doesn’t notify me on comments. I did have the bump stops that came with the kit in but I’ve since removed them and haven’t been running bump stops. Not the smartest thing to do but I take things pretty easy for the most part. I would like to put a set of hydraulic bump stops in soon though.

I’ll be honest it doesn’t change the ride at all. It just gives you a little more clearance for larger tires.

I did have to adjust the toe just slightly.

THANKS for watching! Nope, I think it’s perfect with out extensions the shocks still sit in the middle of the stroke. If you went any taller I think you might need extensions.

@@Aceinfinity-le8zc I got the Rock Krawler 3” Pro X “No Limits” stage 1. I should put together a video on it I’ve had a lot of people ask me about it. The short of it is, I love it the lift except for the shocks that come with the kit. If I were to do it all I’ve again I’d order the kit with out the shocks and put some fox or falcon shocks on instead. That’ll be next summer most likely.

@@Aceinfinity-le8zc I love the Punk’n color! I wish they would come out with Bikini Pearl in the Gladiator. That’s my favorite Jeep color.

My guess is they would charge about 1.5 hours of shop labor. The shop I take my rig to charges $90/hr (this varies greatly between shops and location) but I would guess you’d pay $150-$200 to have a shop install it.

Absolutely. A few guys in my Gladiator group have done it and love it. Definitely improves the look of the Gladiator in my opinion.

Hey, thanks for watching! I liked that it was a cheap way to level the Gladiator out and it made it look more like what it should from factory. The ride quality was pretty unchanged if I had to say anything it became a little more rough but hardly noticeable. Do you still own your 2017 JK or have you moved on to a Gladiator?
