I am a Spence fan and obviously I was rooting for Spence, but FINALLY someone spoke up against Eli who is sadly not "REPORTTTTTING" anymore. Hating instead. Sadly he was a reporter to watch until he started becoming a cheerleader and started degrading fighters. Crawford, Fury, Haney, discredited Kambosos, and others. He's been kicked out from gyms/media conferences like Rousey's gym and Fury Media day. Reporters need to be non-bias if they want to be a respected reporter. Shoutout to Marcos from Fighthub, Sean from Fighthype, Rahim from Secondsout, MJP from Behindthegloves, and others. Notice how they all get along with each other as well?

That is a man that knows how to motivate a team. Giving credit to everyone for their part let them know they are important they matter and most of all they are appreciated. And when you let your team know they are appreciated they will work five times harder for you. Appreciation is the most underrated motivator in business. I learned this from a old wise man you can give a person a raise they may or may not work harder they may or may not be loyal but when you appreciate what they do and give them the appreciation they have earned and deserve they will become a loyal part of your team. And loyalty is one of the biggest building blocks of success in any team.
