Floyd all day. His boxing I,Q was universally sounded. And his defense was almost literally flawless with a chin that got tested by Shane mostly, and Shane was known for his right hand. Floyd also fought way more world champions.

We just giving credit to Bud and we respect him as a fighter.Moat of Floyd's fights was by decision.A lot of his fights he was running and didn't stay in the pocket.But Bud don't run from his opponents like Floyd did.bud didnt cherry pick his fights as well because he never had the leverage to pick and choose his fights.Bud has all the skills that Floyd had but a little bit more that,I think gives Bud the edge over Floyd.Bud is a dog and Bud has Floyd's skill set as well.

@alphonsolora7635 Floyd wind that way because he didn't have to take the abuse to win. Bud is good in the pocket, but Floyd knows how to be evasive, even when in the pocket. If Bud sought a phonebooth fight, Floyd isn't going to give him that - he's going to force Bud to find openings on his own. And Floyd didn't cherrypick, he fought guys that had a deserving record to get a title fight. Everyone else just wanted a paycheck.

Bud's toughest fight was a prime Gamboa --who was really good at the time but I think prime Floyd beats prime Crawford. He's just too complete. He's like an encyclopedia of boxing tactics and they are all automatic.

no way the lack of emotion of bud is superb. here is why. have u seen floyd with a smart fighter? nothing but brutes. thats ez picking even if brutes are at the rank of floyd. he fights brutes. amazing opponents but brutes. cotto prime breed is what u see on fighters like danny garcia. pac prime brute output. mosley explosive brute. oscar on his way out is like a ryan garcia. canelo brute mexican to young. maidana brute on crack. there are no smart fighters he is the smart one a brute will never win by decision because they wanna rip his head off and floyd dance 12 rounds pick pick pick done. so when u think of floyd and bud what u see? nothing cuz u never seen floyd with a smart dog. thats my insight and opinion tho. floyd would losse to someone like loma or bud. or a really smart fighter that keeps his emotion in check till round 12.

gamboa also a brute but has a lot of emotion. rage anger explosive fast but brute. and was in prime with bud. with tank gamboa had 1 leg so he couldnt fight after 2 and tank took like 8 9 rounds to get a guy with an obvious injury in leg.

Am a Floyd fan. Also a fan of Bud, saw him from the amateurs till he became pro. Floyd may have a little chance as a super featherweight and even lightweight. But from 140 upwards, Bud will whoop the sh*t out of Floyd, could even knock him out. How many pure boxers did Floyd fight ? NONE !

Floyd made Manny and Canelo look like easy work, made those 2 look like they were amateurs, Bud’s dominate performance on Spence is all people ever talk about when Spence was at his lowest, he had personal issues, and Floyd been dominating everyone his entire fight. Matter of fact Floyd fought fighters who were levels ahead of Crawford that could beat Crawford up and Floyd made those people easy work. Floyd would beat Crawford in 4 rounds prime for prime 🤦 😂

If Moseley, Manny, Oscar, Judah etc. couldn’t do it… what can Crawford do? I don’t like Floyd as a person but he’s one of the best boxers of all time when it comes to skill level and outclassing literal world champions.

Prime Mayweather vs Prime Crawford at 147 would be a Super Mega fight. The level of talent in the ring would be unparalleled. If I had to chose a winner. It would be Mayweather by SD. Crawford would give Mayweather the toughest fight ever like his fight against Emmanuel Augustus. Floyd would bleed to win.

Bud would bleed to win.Not only does Bud have the same i.q. has Floyd.Bud has the power to get Floyd out of there.I believe Bud would catch Floyd with a orthodox punch.Floyd never had a chin.Plenty of times Floyd got caught slippin.Andvtheresva couple of fights that I think Floyd lost I can't say that about Bud.All of buds fights were won convincingly.

The sparing footage of Floyd isn't how he normally fought. When fighting he didn't talk and use as much mind game antics. He fought more aggressive than that. The footage of bud was more accurate to how he fights in real fights.

From a judge perspective I would see defensive mindset vs. Offensive mindset. I think Floyd would have higher punches landed percentage but Crawford would land more meaningful punches. Quality over Quantity

@@ramell41 Floyd lands punches on everyone. There's a reason his connection percentage is so high(way higher than Crawford's). So with Floyd, he lands more while throwing less which helps defensively. Crawford may not land enough to get 7 rounds or get the stoppage.

That was older Floyd right after PAC-man fight on the video . 36 year old Floyd beats 36 year old Crawford now. Remember, 36 year old Floyd took Canelo’s tools away from him. Pretty boy at 130,135, and 140 knocks out Crawford at those weight classes. Crawford Chin was suspect at lower weight classes. Crawford chin is better at 147. At 147, Crawford has a small chance of beating Floyd. He has no chance in Pretty Boy era.

Before Spence-Crawford fight, Spence had sparring history with prime Floyd. Floyd even said that it was a hard tough sparring against Spence who was younger that time. I always say Crawford beats anybody including Floyd in his prime. My prediction was always right about Crawford.

Nope, what Bud would do. That's why Floyd I'd helping train Spence for the rematch. Errol was beating Floyd up in sparring and here comes Bud whoopin Spence ass onesidedly. That doesn't sit well with Floyd, at all. He's using Spence as a litmus test to decide whether he will even step into the ring with Crawford. I like Floyd but don't hate me when I say that Crawford would beat him. Everybody's gassed up on Floyd but Crawford is that Mayweather killer. And the reason I say this is because Bud doesn't enter the ring with the mindset of, " I don't know if I can beat this guy", he goes in with the "To beat me, this guy is gonna have to stop me". Bud has longer arms, bigger hands plus a two inch reach advantage over Floyd, he stronger than Floyd, plus he's quick too. Floyd's getting touched, bet that!. Bud switches seamlessly and with that factor, he negate that Philly shell defense and with the power Bud has from both sides, I guarantee you that Floyd's ass hits that canvas.

Mayweather too accurate and Bud gets touched by lesser fighters. Mayweather beats Bud at 130-147. Bud also is a slow starter. You can start slow against Mayweather, or you will lose aot of rounds.

I think that it would be a more competitive match than people think. Crawford has a very high ring IQ that would like make it so that Floyd would not gain as much ground as he usually gets from the Philly Shell. But Floyd has great speed and other devices that he can use. Crawford is also a devastating puncher. Still, it is a tall order to beat Mayweather. For a prime Crawford, it's not entirely impossible.

I think the light weight Floyd may have been more dangerous but at 147 after hand injuries his skill level became masterful Floyd may have a better chin! Although he did get dropped I mean his gloves touched against Zab. We’ve seem Bud get hurt in a fight! Bub over all carried the power up to 147. Now Floyd weighted out Pack Man who was really dangerous but I thing Floyd proved he was using! But he was still every dangerous and it turned out to be a very defensive win! Which isn’t fan friendly and that’s where the difference probably ends up being between Floyd and Bud! Floyd mastered Defense. Bud would have more power at 47 and more offensive tactics! Like Pac So Floyd would be more defensive against maybe the best switch hitter we’ve seen!

Actually the fight would be boring..Floyd would box the entire time, stack his points, force Bud to become aggressive which gonna leave him open for counters... Bud is easy to hit for FM.... Bud would not be the hardest puncher FM has faced ... Again it would be a boring fight... Not what you think....The build up would be better than the fight due to their styles.... Bud is money against aggressive fighters... Once FM get ahead on points the is gonna coast rest of the fight, and Bud would never get a close decision victory of FM...

I totally agree. Although, I give Floyd a better chance at 147, because Floyd can turn it on, if he thinks he has to. We saw the Mosley fight and Mosley trainer said it best about Floyd. Once Mosley hit Floyd, he will wake Floyd up and we will see a different Floyd. Bud is very skillful, but I give the knowledge advantage, to Floyd.

Bud is a tactical fighter and boxer; he exudes a lot power, at times. Yet Floyd, even for his age, he's superior when it comes boxing. He does it from a mathematical level. It's really fun to watch.

👑🥊🥊👑🥊 It's best to compare Floyd and Terrance as lightweights. As a lightweight Floyd was as dangerous offensively as Terrance. Although Floyd at any weight class has better defensive skills than Terrance or any boxer in all history.

If they both fought at 34yrs of age Bud wins. If they fought at 24yrs of age Pretty Boy wins. Bud is a superior athlete to Floyd though. Bud also has stopped his last 11 opponents and doesn't have hand problems.

Floyd wasn't throwing that hard or fast during his sparring, whereas Terence was throwing harder faster punches; the reason is because of the level of their opponents; Floyds opponent looked smaller and younger, whereas Terence's opponent looked bigger and older/more experienced. So, I think Floyd was going easy on his opponent. If they fought, it would be a chess match, but I think Floyd would win, he's been in that ring with killers and heavy hitters. I don't think Crawford beats a lot of the fighters Floyd has beaten on his come up, but I think Floyd beats everybody Terrence has beaten.

Bud is not a very illusive fighter. He gets hit a lot more then Floyd. A lot of people base Crawfords greatness on his fight with Spence. Floyd has a much better resume then Bud. Also this is a stupid video. Floyd spars nothing like he fights. Floyd plays around in sparing and is even more defensive in sparing then in fights. Buds sparing is more similar to his actual fighting style.

well when speaking of floyd mayweather you ask who would win in their prime? IMO floyd was physically in his prime as PBF but his career prime (accomplishments, big fights etc) he was Money May... while i feel money may is smarter and wiser because of the experience pretty boy was very quick and EXTREMELY difficult to hit... I can see floyd winning by decision pot shotting bud for 12 rounds.
