Just like so many others here say, Louis is so blatantly a scumbag and it is taking awhile, but he is gonna get what he deserves. Just watching him on RHONJ, the guy reeks of negativity, bullshit and corruption. Theresa lives in Lalaland and who in their right mind didn't know that something like this was gonna happen. I am sorry, but I don't feel sorry AT ALL for Theresa. She is so sick herself that she is constantly out to get someone and she can't let anything go because of her evilness. This lawsuit was filed a few months ago. Sid - the guy who runs Dolores' charity events, his wife was the attorney that Bo Dietl and Louie hired and were involved with. Compromising emails containing info about the plants in Vanessa's office was sent to her by Bo's worker, but Sid's wife had left the law firm, and another associate discovered the emails and was shocked at the information they contained. After he contacted Vanessa, Bo and Louie, his office and home computers were hacked, allegedly by Bo. How long before he's in jail? Louie's criminal activity and securities fraud is being flaunted too much and must be punished.

Theresa was drawn to him because of who he is; a ratfink. When all of this is over, she is probably gonna go slithering back to her brother and unless she seeks some truly deep help from a bonafide psychiatrist, I would not accept her apology or her coming back into the fold. Who is actually surprised that Luis and lawsuit are spoken in the same sentence? This guy is sleazy and there are just too many allegations against him for him to be a totally stand up guy. Lets not forget that Luis announced on two occasions that he had Bo Dietl investigate the entire cast. If he did that then I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised that he and his PI did what he is being accused of. People tried to warn Teresa about him but she was having none of it so if/when husband number 2 ends up in jail I will have zero sympathy for her.
