Looks delicious! :) Do you think you could freeze portions of this? (apologies if you mentioned this and i missed it, lol)

I don't think I would freeze this sort if stir fry. It's much nicer if you can do it fresh. However you could have things chopped in the fridge ready to go when you get home from work. As I have the ingredients ready at the side of my TM6.
