Ingredients:
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sweet rice wine (mirin)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon cornflower mixed with 1 tablespoon water (slurry)
For the Noodles and Chicken:
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
200 grams noodles (ramen, udon, or your choice)
1/2 cup edamame (shelled)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 carrot, julienned
For Garnish:
Green spring onions, chopped
Sliced chili
