This season calls for Spring Rolls! 🌯🥬😊 Here’s another SUPER EASY recipe for a yummy snack to try this weekend! I grew up eating Spam Musubi at my Hawaiian aunty’s home! So yes - I am obsessed with Spam because it reminds me of my beautiful aunty!😇 I was craving Spam Musubi and was going to make the traditional Spam Musubi but, I had extra rice paper from making the Salmon Rolls - see previous post!
So I decided to come up with this delicious snack! I honestly think that I might like this version of eating Spam better! 🫣 The teriyaki sauce mixed with the searing pieces of spam added so much flavor! Most importantly, I get to include some veggies! 🥬🥬😊

Ingredients:
Serving size: 8 Rolls
1 can - spam meat (cut in half)
1 tsp - oil
1/2 - Black pepper
1/2 c - Teriyaki sauce stir fry sauce
1 head romaine lettuce or arugula
1 1/2 c - cooked white rice
8 ct of rice paper
Furikake (optional)
Directions:
1 - In medium-high heat oil, add spam, and black pepper for 4min until both sides are golden brown.
2 - Add teriyaki sauce, for 1 min and remove from heat.
3 - Add chopped lettuce and dried them using the Zyliss Salad Spinner.
4 - Wet paper rice, roll up, lettuce, rice, the teriyaki spam, topped with furikake.
