Oh yeah he sells birds for the ultimate high , for example my boy went to meet this man in front of where he has his birds with a carrier and a few cap birds in which he wanted. Not much of a selection and just for one yellow cap he charged my boy 80 dollars wasn't allowed to go up to the roof to pick out anything just that carrier with a few birds smfh Krazy , the bird end up dieing from having the spins , vertical . But to answer your question yes this terminator guy sells birds lol the bird didn't fly to high either lol.
