I dont know. I think at this point if you want to do terminator stuff, change the name, start completely over and dont associate it with the movies before. Have it be a similar story/ premise dont use any original material, no john conner or conner at all. Have it be its own movie. I think thats the only way you could expand on the universe. By going to a entirly different universe( not multiverse) not not connected to originals. The premise can be the same but it cant be terminator, it cant be sky net. Think deep impact and Armageddon. Same primise different movies that are not linked in any way. Thats what they need to do. Or.... we could since were the fans and know better (lately).
