All the tanks that we have are great, Adele is a bit weak now but still has her uses. Now Terra comes along and adds to the greatness. What sets her apart from the other tanks is that she's the first and only one whose abilities scale with physical damage. This is huge because now you can build a tank like warrior which opens up a lot of possibilities.
Now I will say, in my experience building full damage has not been successful simply because she can't put down damage like say Feng Mao or Grux. She really is a good tank when you build all defense but what I found is you can build her in a way I call the "Spin To Win" method.
The two main abilities I level is her Q and RMB but the Spin To Win is focused on her Q. It has cast stacks like TwinBlasts grenades and increases the damage every consecutive hit up to 3 stacks. Now in order to Spin To Win you need Marauder's Watch, another attack speed item of your choice, and full CDR. What this will allow you to do is continually cast your Q and trust me, it's terrifying when Terra jumps on someone. Since she's a new character it's kind of hilarious watching people freeze up after your 4th swing because they have no idea what to do lol.
