It's bit too expensive of a task . One could easily save by repurposing old wooden planks using them to make big pots. They are not only cost effective but light weight. One could use Coco peat and dry leaves compost instead of soil as soil could add extra weight in the structure which would compromise the load bearing and structural strength of building.

As a civil engineer I suggest not to do anything shown in this video. 100% seelan aayegi hi. Sirf cement ka ghol lagane se pani nahi rukega. Bahar ki walls par admixtures use krna tha jese ki Dr. Fixit URP. Bahar ki walls ek brick ki hi hai water and soil k lateral load and seelan k chalte kuch saalo baad ye wall gir sakti hai. Jis tarah roof se gap rkha hai base ka usi tarah outer wall se bhi gap rkhna chahiye. Seelan aur rust ye kisi bhi structure k liye cancer hai.

Bekar....gamle cemented pots ar better in the terrace ...fruits and trees ki roots failti h ...so gamlo m use Aram se nikal kar uski roots kaat kr vapar pot m daal sakte h ..isme to har jaga root failayegi aur hard roots wall ko faad dalti h ye practically...so alwars use cemented pot in terrace ...if you want to use this type pls onle flower and vegtable grow kre isme ...roots 2 feet se niche nhi jaati h inme ..fruits trees k liye humesha pots le otherwise ..waat lag jayegi chat ki Ane wale tym m agar roots fail gyi ..so jao phle jameen m fruits k plants dekho practically ..so pls only use in this vegetables and flowers in this ..in future this will break 100 percent from roots of friut trees...
