They tricked him and worst Gunna wasn't smart enough to see it. The case is about Thug. The judge knows this, so does the prosecutor, and even their lawyers. They got everybody where they wanted them and went fishing. Starting with Gunna, probably telling his attorney, so long as he accepts the plea and cop he'll walk that day. Gunna again not smart enough to see this, agreed not probably knowing the extent to the agreement. Even worst these weren't federal charges, they're state.

They want Thug, and offered him a deal only he wasn't too bright to understand it and a bit cowardly once the stipulations was to attest and approved the crimes he was accused of on the stand that directly implicated Thug.

We’re not talking about we all driving in the car and it’s gun in the car that belongs to thug, and of course if nobody says it’s theirs they all getting taken. If thug says “it’s my gun, nobody knew it was here.” Then they could walk free cause that’s different. In an indictment, you staying their until everyone can prove their innocence or until the law can’t drag you in the case
