I'm here for my daily dose of Terrance Shider.

I had the privilege of sitting in with him several years ago. He was playing in a little restaurant around the corner with his aunt Montenia, a wonderful jazz singer. He was so gracious, he made me sound way better even though he was playing way over my head. Hope I get another chance to play with him sometime.

Bro is really hitting full octave chords without using his thumb. I got big hands and Im a pianist, and even thats something that I struggle with. Trying to play the chords with the same finger placement as Terrance really is a challenge. Hats off to bro.

Every now and then I get back to this video and I think two things: First thing is that i am so happy that you exist you really gave me the hope that I can learn Jazz. That you should just have the passion for it and the dedicitation to spend time on it. It s specially your weird hand technieque that gave me this feeling that specially when it comes to jazz, there is no one specific way to do it. The second thought that is actually quite contradictory to the first one is that you are so fucking talented that I doubt I ll ever play such good jazz causw i am pretty sure i dont have this kind of natural talent.

This is my favorite rendition of take five ever. The song is a little bland but Terrance enhances it. Love the improve just fantastic! You should record this with some bass and drums and I'm sure many will purchase it. I have watched this on the other channel where it has 1.5 millions views.
