Today I decided to try out a terraria mod where you start with only one dirt block, and have to progress to finally beat the game and defeat the moon lord. Can I finish this challenge?

i think your grass isn't spreading because it's "below 0 elevation", according to the wiki. if you move everything above the underground backround it should spread

You can fish for wodden crates but that would be hard without bait but if trees grew you could shake them for butterflys

@@CJDEATHBOT Is it the one by aitherix? if so yes it does not work with 1.4 the generation softlocks and you have to alt f4 out the game because it just freezes when making a world

you can actually beat the game with only a few dirt blocks and no mods by grinding slimes and using dirt bombs

Whenever you fight the wall of flesh, make sure to build artificial walls on the underworld roof to make the wall spawn normally. Otherwise, the wall will stretch the entire height of the world and the eyes and mouth will be so spread out it’s impossible to fight.

The mod is called "recipe browser", I think when the mod is installed you just press right alt and it brings up the menu. Here's the link to the tmodloader page: forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/recipe-browser.62462/ or just search it on the mod browser in game
