*Some advice that could help you:* 1) The chalice UI next to your inventory not only tells you your alignment, but you'll also notice that some items say "The chalice might be interested in this item", so you just need to drag the item into the chalice icon and it will give you useful information. 2) PLEASE mine the spine bushes on the ground, there's an item you can get from them. 2) After killing the Eye of Cthuluh (or other boss that gives you 1 point of good alignment) try to befriend the Forest Nymph (that enemy that spawns near the Living Trees) to do it you just need to craft the summon weapon "King's Oak Staff" and use it on her.

2:49 that npc love the Caves, if he lives in caves, he will sell Gem themed things and in Hardmode a Special One!

the priest is technically bad route, however i recommend experiencing his fight anyway since you can spare him to get -1 alignment instead of -3 for the good route alternative, check around where the brambles are that were slowing you down on the surface near spawn, killing it will put you back in the positives

you will know when something changes your alignment so dont worry about accidentally being evil, most common things that change alignment are bosses, and the boss summons have a new thing in their tooltip now that you got the chalice, following what it says will give a hint at if the boss gives positive or negative alignment if a boss summon doesnt have the new line in the tooltip it means it wont affect anything

'its february, its england, theres nothing going on here'. James, i have never heard any words stringed together in a sentence wiser than that. I feel you. Dont give the gym up, huge respect!

dont forget to make "the chicken" with the 5 egg + gold bar. Wonder if it still drops that chicken mount/transforming thing from way back.

Fun video! The fact that you got both zweihander parts already is so infuriating… theyre really rare. Also, if you click the chalice with boss summons in hand, it tells you information about how the fights will change the allignment stats.

the lack of fast paced editing is just so refreshing as so many channels ramp up their editing to play to rhe algorithm

i think the perk of mista Newb is like for builders so they can get infinite dirt to scaffold with or just for regular players using it as scaffolding/filler blocks

I'm so glad you are playing this mod again. It has improved a lot in many aspects. Also did you get a private beta from the devs for the next update again? If I remember right you got one last time later in the playthrough, and some other youtuber called Pixelated Fireball got one for this one, so I was wondering if you did or will get one again.

Saw the episode yesterday, decided to try it out, and god, am I hooked! Played so much already

Regarding alignment, both vanilla and MoR bosses will alter your alignment depending on if you defeat or outright kill them (yes, some bosses can be spared after being beaten). From what I recall alignment affects what ore spawns after skeletron and whether or not you can access the forest nymph npc.

No worries about infernum Chippy, I had a lot of trouble with DoG (~80-90 deaths over 6 hours of trying different setups.) I had fun, but it got quite draining after about 40 tries. Luckily, the rest weren't too bad. Anyway, loving the new series.

In case your interested (and if not I'll write it anyways ;P) concerning the correct pronunciation of the word "Zweihänder". It's german and means a two handed sword. It's put together from the words "zwei"(two) and "Hand"(hand). The "ei" is pronounced like the "i" in "like" and the "ä" like the "a" in "hand".
