This is my signature scent, as you stated; it’s definitely not for the weak. Everyone can’t pull wearing this juice off. And that’s what I also like about it. It definitely performs great on my skin; it’s a beast. Definitely goes well with my body chemistry. Have received compliments every time that I worn it. I’m really not into the mass appealing club type scents, so this is right on time for me. And I like that fact, that I don’t have to worry about everyone smelling like me. Very distinctive and bold! I think this could be a great signature scent for someone very masculine. Smelled it in Sephora about two years ago

The first time I wore this I fell in love with it. Vetiver is one of my favorite notes. The first time I wore it out a friend had a guttural reaction to it and I haven't worn it since. I need to get back to wearing it.

I remember smelling the edt 5/7 years ago and i could not understand why anyone would want to smell this bad😂......and i smelled it again 3 months ago when I got it as a sample and i was blown away. Taste/preferences changes with time.

What you smelled before may have been different slightly. It's my understanding that some perfume and cologne designers do make changes to their batch due to certain ingredients not being avaible or certain ingredients on in good standing with consumer guidelines Perfume reformulation can occur for a variety of reasons, including changes in regulatory requirements, consumer preferences, shortage of a particular, ingredient, or a desire to improve the performance or cost-effectiveness of a fragrance.

Been using this for over a year, and really like it. It only comes in the EDP extract. To my nose this does not as project as well as I'd like it to be. That said, it gives off a nice scent trail. It is a modern, stylish, mature scent with convincing youngish, fresh undertones. The lemony opening is very uplifting, while the geranium and peppery middle notes is an Hermes signature. The batch formulation I have lasts quite long on my skin but even more amazing and lasts overnight when sprayed on clothes. I really really wish the projection was stronger as it was love at first whiff, but it could also be that my nose is somehow desensitized by it. While it is well built, the atomizer doesn't spray strong compared to many others.

got a bottle of this from Nordstrom as a blind buy. glad I did, this scent is excellent and you can wear it year round. the other Hermes EDP I have is L'ombre Des Merveilles. both are A+.

Lol🎉 Spot on Dedrick Terre DHermes line up is not for your average man, My wife likes it on the dry down but the opening has to grow on her..I have heard several comments as to how off putting the opening is..As I Splackah'd us I tell them good things come to those who wait!! I *LOVE* the grassy, earthy, citrusy opening and mid. It blew me away, talk about scent quality too 😳 However - this completely goes away and the dry-down was too ambery, too dense and too sweet to me. On the verge of being old-man. It's like a different fragrance 2 hours in. Sadly, I decided to pass. A masterpiece, but needs a particular person. Cheers for the review!

EAU Intense Vetiver smells too old, smells like Grandpa in my humble opinion don't think a young man can wear it, you guys be aware don't blind buy this cologne i recommend you to get a sample first
