I wouldn't be surprised to see this become the norm with Boutique labels down the road.. a very limited batch of VHS with the main movie on VHS 1 and special features on VHS 2

Well we also live in a world where some "special" people will claim up and down that there is no difference in video quality between VHS/DVD/Blu-Ray. It is kinda hilarious that you can buy things like Terrifier at Wal-Mart but you still cannot purchase an album with swear words. So I guess Jesus would be OK with horror movies but not songs with swearing.

My Walmart (probably a b tier) finally got a little bitty section with that stuff in there. I saw the Jeepers Creepers van and I got excited. They didn't have much in the little section at my Walmart. A couple plushies that I really want, the van and a couple figures. Not as cool as like a bigger Walmart but I was excited to see it.

Full Moon used to put "Videozone" features on their tapes and early DVDs with behind the scenes segments before the "special features" era. I was really hoping they weren't going in the other (ridiculous) direction and spreading T2 itself across the two tapes, like they do with so many reissues of albums on 2x LP, whew. Witter is a VHS reissue label: mix of current and older titles, most of them we've heard of before, all limited runs. And, yes, the Walmarts in my area that had the display ran out of the VHS quickly, as well as the Art the Clown and Captain Spaulding figures from Trick or Treat Studios, another brand that doesn't usually make it into the big boxes.

I am glad to see you review this. I have been collecting VHS since the 80's, and this really feels like a cash grab, BUT if I ever see it in store, I might get it. My Walmart is B level, so it might be some time before I even see the Bloody Disgusting section.

Still haven’t found a copy of it, and I’m really bummed, because I’m the type of fan that wanted to actively open it and watch it lol. So annoying that people are just putting this on a shelf and never planning to actually watch it.

I legitimately didn't think anyone in my area would buy this and the 3 in my local Walmart, mind you it's a small area, sold out in a day. Made me happy to see. I wanted it but I had no way to watch it and didn't want to take that away from someone else.

Sure, there’d be special features. 2-tape sets like that started becoming a thing to boost VHS sales back when DVDs were still catching on. Universal put out 2-tape sets for Jurassic Park and Jaws like that (one tape for the movie, one tape for special features).

Is the film split on 2 tapes or is 1 tape just bonus content? If it’s split, does it have a note or anything saying to switch tapes?

My Walmart had a spot for it but it was gone i folded and bought one on ebay in the thoughts id rather pay 50 now then 200 later. Still on the lookout for one so i can open on and leave the other in the plastic wrap.
