Don’t say you’re no longer depressed. You’re still using the word “depressed“. Try something more like “I am joyful and happy, I enjoy life, and I accomplish all I desire every day”. It’s more powerful that way. Don’t make affirmations that you were not this or not that just say what you are, as she said, what you DO want. When people say they want to not be something, they’re not telling their body what TO be instead. People do this with kids all the time, they tell them not to do this, and not to do that. They’re not giving them another option of what TO do. Don’t say “stop hitting your brother, say “hug your brother, and apologize for hitting him”. Don’t say “don’t steal”, say “always be fair and honest in all your dealings with others”. There’s so much more power in the positive counterpart. Plenty of people know what NOT to do, but they don’t know what TO do. The body and mind don’t really work on commands to stop doing something (except maybe going down a dark alley, they might follow the command to stop progressing that direction, but even then, going another direction is usually the command that immediately follows). We are geared to create and do so your mind and your body need a ORDERS of action to follow. Always speak something actionable. Just like the angels, your mind and body are waiting for actionable commands, forward moving actions. It will help your rate of progress...

Get a commercial blocker or send it to Firefox and you won't get them. Also this is how individuals make money. It's way better than giving all your money to only corporations like on tv. At least some of it goes to the little businesses.

I love Terri and have followed her for years. The dark black around her eyes are too pronounced. She should go back to her previous look which makes her eyes so pretty and more natural looking.
