It's really difficult because the 90s had a lot more artists a lot more riddims, and it went on for the full decade. However it really started in the late 80s

Mackerel style is totally different than cammanche. Totally different sound and mackerel has a lot more style and range with it. There was many other that sounded the same as Comanche but not mackerel.
