I have listened to Irving Younger, Charles Rose 3rd and now Terry MacCarthy and I think all three are exceptional teachers and a credit to their profession! These three men should be the yardstick that all lawyers and teachers be measured by.

I enjoy Prof Rose evidence series - ALL OF THEM. Especially the character evidence ones. Your examples solidified my dry reading of the rules. Terry Maccarthy 8 hr. or so series ARE SUPERB!

Terry MacCarthy is wonderful! I have enjoyed this series tremendously. If there is a part 8, I would really appreciate seeing it.

I haven't taken evidence, Texas Criminal Procedure, or Trial Advocacy. My school doesn't spend much time teaching or training criminal defense lawyers. I feel like I could effectively cross examine using this system after watching these videos and others on this page. I'm being greedy, but I wish there were more. Thank you for posting and thank you Terry.

Is there a Part 8?

My 75 word comment in more negative detail "didn't post", figures.....there's better stuff out there.....get the HOUR max from this guy and present it CLEARLY, someone ELSE present it....guess you gave-up on part 8, who'd even listen?

This totally sucks, barely an hour presented in 8!
