I mean, there hasn't been a bad season of cobra Kai yet. If you want to go by a track record, I would start with that, and not how a completely unrelated new show does. New shows can be hit or miss no matter who the creators are. They might strike gold with one show and strike coal with the next. But I don't see how the failure of one show portends the failure of a completely different show, that already has a successful 5 season track record.

I think Terry silver can beat the charges. 1. They broke into his house so he had a right to defend himself 2. Stingrays confession already proves he's unreliable since he took the gifts. Any lawyer will shred him 3. Nobody forced the kids to join cobra kai 4. There's no proof he set fire to Barnes store So really what can they charge him with that he can't counter

Terry is the final boss of the whole franchise so I expect him to be back. My prediction is that he gonna get out jail the "legal" way since he has connections with the DA and powerful people.

Realistically he should be out. It's not like he killed someone so he'd get bail realistically, he'd have fanastic lawyers & he could pay any fee set by the court to post bail. Kreese went to jail because he doesn't have Silver's resources.

Having watched his defeat at the end of season 5, I cannot help but feel that Terry Silver surely must have been prepared in advance with a PLAN B in case something bad happens to him. He previously lost to Miyagi and Daniel in KK3 more than 30 years ago. They nearly destroyed his financial empire but he recovered nevertheless. Silver also knew that Kreese took Cobra Kai away from Johnny in the same way that he usurped the karate dojo from his old friend. Smart LAWYERS and additional INVESTORS can serve to protect him both legally and financially, preventing Kreese and Kim from taking over Cobra Kai so easily. Finally, Terry may still possess an ace up his sleeve, a SECRET WEAPON X that can still save his ass. Shocking plot twist : it turns out to be his beautiful yet deadly ex wife JULIE PIERCE aka LADY SILVER.

My guess is,Terry pays his way out of prison and is still in charge of Cobra Kai and since Kreese is technically on the run,he needs to get out of the country! And since the tournament is world wide, I think we'll find him, leading his own group of students,in the tournament,in another country,where he can't be extradited!

I have the scoop. Amanda has secretly bailed Terry Silver out of jail. You all should remember when Daniel and Amanda went to Silver's house for that charity event. Silver was chatting up Amanda as we know and... let's just say, it didn't end there. She realized how sexy Silver was and was tired of Daniel's nonsense. Since then she's been plotting against Miyagi Do and will be serving Daniel with divorce papers in the 3rd episode and will take over the car dealership. Daniel will be living with Johnny and will be nanny to Johnny's new baby. There's more, but I don't want to spoil too much of it for you. 😂

I don't think Silver has to break out of anything. The man is SO rich... he probably bonded out, or paid someone to bend the law. Just hoping to see Dutch make an appearance. That kid needed some anger management, back in '84. Or... maybe he went on to be a crooked prison guard, who helps him get out. Terrence would LOVE that. Kinda wished that Johnny would have put a little more thought into his dojo name. "Eagle Fang"? Sounds as dumb as "Cobra Claw". That's what happens when you consume too much Banquet Beer.
