Come on Terry even if you thought The WRC were terrible you couldn't say it in the public domain as it would stifle your future cases , how many times have we seen the WRC making decisions without weighing up both sides evidence or even giving reasons for the decision, about 90% of WRC adjudicators dont have a legal qualification, cant think of the name of the case but we seen it with the Polish guy now taking the WRC to ECJ, the problem is most employees dont have the MONEY/balls (or are not willing) to take the wrc or labour court to task with Judicial review or to appeal decisions to high court, so the WRC continually go unchecked/unchallenged.. I have been involved in 10 cases with the WRC and only once did I see an employee get a fair hearing, ironically that was my own case.. In your last sexual harassment case at WRC, why was there a delay in making the decision, im betting it was THEY knew it had serious potential to go higher as you are a hired solicitor, had made valid points and provided case law, and they actually took the time not to fuck it up, in most other cases they know the employee cant afford and union wont take it further, whereas the employer can afford to take it further so its easier to give the decision to the employer to save hastle..
