Be sure to watch this video, the manual does not have a blown up view of the neck parts and order. Remove the neck parts to the level of the lower bearing ring and place onto a paper towel to avoid the grease picking up dirt, and place back in the same order. after inserting through the bike frame. The rest of the bike is very straight forward.
