Tesla Model Y Performance at Nürburgring

A tourist lap around Nürburgring Nordschleife with a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance.
Track Mode enabled but really not needed from a performance point of view since it’s a lap with big margins. It’s our family car, we’re on vacation and I’m not here with any record attempts in mind. We’re here to look at all the cars and to show the track to our son.
Still, I hope the video can be somewhat entertaining.
The car is completely stock except from lowering springs from H&R and wheel spacers.

Funny how that SUV easily passes numerous sports limousines and hot hatches from BMW and VW, some of which cost more despite being down on performance and room.

I'm not trying to race but took a nice senic ride out with the family to the Nurburgring. Yeah, right, we totally believe you! Haha I'm. no corvette fan, but I loved the way thet just cruised past you in your milk float

@@minso8164 Da waren halt Schlafmützen am Steuer. Eine Tesla-Gurke hat bzw. dürfte überhaupt nicht auf einer Rennstrecke fahren. Ein Elektro-Matchbox-Auto.Einfach nur lächerlich. Für den Tesla muss man echt bezahlen? Dachte, den gibt es als Trostpreis.

Its hard to watch. You are not racing ! You are driving like on normal roads. I am 66 Yr´s old but with my old modY I would have a much better time. Probably I will do it. TESLAS are extremly good in corners you never give it a try you are always on the brakes... OK. Nice clickbite.

Clickbait? Never claimed “I’m racing at Nurburgring”… Please read the description to the film. I’m not racing. I’m on vacation with my family with our daily driver on a tourist lap. It’s not an attempt to go fast. We are at Nurburgring to enjoy the track, cars and atmosphere.
