You have written excellent books on both business in general and Elon specifically. I would not dare debate you on general conclusions, but you do have two small weaknesses. 1-Timing: You sometimes think Tesla will reach their objectives too soon. 2-Optimism about others: "Surely the stock market could not be that stupid to miss where Tesla is going and Tesla will reach 700 by the end of this year." Alas, the stock market can indeed truly and really be that stupid.

Voting against board recommendations puts no checks and balances on Elon, it just reduces the value of Tesla stock.
