This seems like a very important safety device, much more accurate than relying on my math to estimate safe operating conditions! Just bought one!

I just trust the math. I don’t think it matters a ton at our power levels to start with, and the math is going to be more than good enough. You’d need a real calibrated meter to get measurements that meant anything, and those are prohibitively expensive and need to be recalibrated often.

Interesting meter . This works for High voltage as well. HV transmission lines not only can zap you . EMF that if near buy can induce HV like into your end fed half wave with out touching the power line. good meter to have. if you find un-explained EMF in your house it must be Haunted ? 73's

Have you tried tracking down interference from a switched mode PSU / solar power inverter etc. with it as yet?

A signal strength meter. Now in a fancy plastic housing making nonsense measurements. The sun in a shiny day is around 1kW/m^2. And people are afraid of milliwatts pr. m^2.

I'd say it could give you an idea, but I wouldn't show up to court with it as an expert witness.
