14 күн бұрынrecorded the main bass drum by step-sequencing, copied the root pattern 3 times, then real-time layered 5-6 more instruments on each instance, some arppegiated, some put thru an insert-effect voice filter, and then sampled some Jd-Xi an Gt-1 audio captures. tested running it off a power bank by USB, works fine..so its fully portable as well. havent found much to dislike about the unit sofar..1st time experimenting with a 16-track recorder as well, as opposed to the Jd-Xis 4 tracks or Abletons 8.

hehe...i had a Boss Dr Sample yrs ago....it worked an did the job, but it just looked like a calculator...im all for the weird lookin instruments..thankfully you can plug a mini keyboard into it an control it that way also..an ya an the ring..the ring can be picked up an tilted an it controls effects or a high pass filter....or play it like a digital tamburine :P
