@@renaud67rallyeRS These days the lines between the two are confused. Originally a horn implied an air-driven sound-making device whereas a klaxon made its sound through an impact or percussion process resulting in the two different types of sounds you would expect. These days you can electronically create whatever sound you want. So I now consider horns to be tones you would expect to hear from air drive devices like on a tractor trailer's air horn. Whereas the sound of a klaxon is usually not a combination of pure tones or chords.
