懐かしいマルチダクトのスピーカーボックスですね。 50年ぐらい前に秋葉原のスピーカーボックス専門店にこのタイプの色々なサイズのマルチダクトのスピーカーボックスが販売されていました。 調べてみると製造元は日本音響電気株式会社（旧マクソニック）で製造されてました。 日本音響電気株式会社ではウエスタンエレクトリの規格でフィールドコイル型15インチの同軸スピーカーも製造。 アルティクの604-8Gよりレスポンスが良い素晴らしく音質でしたね。

日本音響の小林社長、かざらない、オーディオに真摯な方でしたが、残念なことに日航機１２３便の事故で亡くなられましたね。ユニットが一つ手元にありましたが、いまは、コーン口径に不釣り合いなほど大きい磁気回路だけが残っていて、なにかの折りに押し入れでそれを見かけると、人なつこい小林さんを思い出します。

@@kodokunasamposha旧マクソニックのユニットは、小林社長が言う通りウエスタンエレクトリックの規格で製造されているので、国内でもレストアしてくれるメーカーは有るはずですよ。

They sing very well with tube amps . Vintage Altec and Tannoy both of them are very easy to listen and analog sound not like these modern speaker more accurate, more dimension , more clinical but for a while you will get boring with them as they are lacking music soul . Too perfect sound is not suitable for imperfect human ear which love colour , tonality musical . Today they use computer aid to measure and built speaker to get a precisely perfect digital sound when our natural sound is Analog this is why when we first listen they are so attractive to us but then we get bore and sold them , keep changing new speaker .

You need Tang Band and a tube amp for classical. I got 4" full range drivers and 10" woofers but no tube amp unfortunately.

@@obiessen I made my speakers sound more like a tube amp for that "shingy" sound in the treble. See my channel to hear them and make them. I also have the "best" woofers in the world (on my channel, called the same). Those woofers have the best bass I ever heard and coupled with the shingy treble, I don't need the expense, unreliability, high voltage and low power of tube amps. Though I still love them. And I don't think my magic 10" woofers would be much good on tubes (they are DEEP). Just used as a regular stereo woofer in my speakers. These woofers are probably made for subs but are excellent as normal woofers (ran sealed). You can get the details on my woofer unbox video (all these videos are close to top of the list and easy to find). If I had a tube amp again I would have a good vintage 7+7 w with standard small tubes (like I had in the '70's and '80's). I had a few but one stood out, it was called "Star" (and it was one for me). But unfortunately I eventually sold it and still kicking myself. See my video called "Tweaked Full Range Speaker Sounds 'Better' than Tweeter". And hear how a cheap tranny amp can sound as good as tubes (with my speakers). The speakers now sound better cos I have new (TUNED) boxes for my 4" FR drivers (that have the mod). In the video they are just hanging out of boxes not made for the drivers. lol An UPDATE (in a day or so). I don't make speakers I just experiment with them. And I'm nearly at the stage of something maybe happening. I will have to either enter a speaker building competition or go and harrass some hifi shops (which don't exist anymore). lol Thanks for your feedback. Cheers.
