Ans: This is a very tricky question to figure out how much exposure you have working with Automation. So sharing an honest answer would always be good.
Let me give an example: You are working on some service API testing and you are unable to get to perform the automation as you don't have access to some component, in that you can come up with idea to create mocking service integrated to your framework.

I have 3+ years of experience in automation testing but I haven't worked with ci cd

These days after 3+ they are expecting CICD, but just basic would be enough, no need to deep dive for 3+

Is it a good idea to use Cucumber for API automation using Rest Assured library in Java? Shall this be mentioned in Interviews?

The whole idea behind Cucumber is the concept of BDD. It's a process where the qa, dev and the product/business analyst sit together and come up with scenarios and use cases which will be implemented in feature files that use Gherkin syntax. The advantage is that everyone will be in sync and you can get better coverage. Not a mandatory aspect but it's good to learn
