Always great to drive these classics when the weather is not 90 degrees plus. I have a 63 impala but the other day I had an issue with the wiring not making good contact with the fuse box so the engine would shut off. Hooe I cen get it fix to get it back on the road

My dad picked up my mother and their first born child (my older brother) in this car in September 1964. Ours had the same color medium blue vinyl interior and the same exterior color. I think it was called Daytona Blue. He added after market A/C and an 8-track player. It was sold around 1970 to my mom's youngest sister and her husband. He promised to save the car for me and I was totally pissed when he sold it off (I was probably 10!). My dad's brothers had a 1963 white Impala SS and a 1964 white Impala SS. Both had red interior. Great memories.

Is that body as straight as it looks? I know how hard it is to get black done right. Those little repairs are inexpensive and easy to do. That model is an icon, like a 32 ford or a 57 Chevy. A 4 speed base model and an open canvas to make a dream ride and this one is a perfect start for someone to start dreaming. Nice find Maple Motors, love your channel.

You can see they converted the whole drive train. The steering column was where the 3 on the tree used to be. Now its a 4 on the floor with a 350. It needs a lot of work. Suspension, brakes, power steering, air conditioning, wipers, lights and interior. Rust?
