All of the unlockable movies from Test Drive: Eve of Destruction (aka Driven to Destruction). These are all ripped from the game disc and thankfully were a bit bigger and better quality than the track clips my buddy found earlier. These were all ripped piece by piece from .pss files, spliced and recombined with sound - quite a task, but he pulled it off! Additionally, he uncovered a hidden movie that does not appear in the normal game - the Blindfold Race!
I take NO CREDIT for the content in this! It all belongs to Atari/Monster/Spike/whoever. The video is all from Orlando's Crash a Rama and Spike TV's Carpocalypse (interestingly enough, the filming of these clips is actually what 'sparked the idea for the show' - en.wikipedia.or...)

all of these videos were part of a documentary. it was awesome to watch. can't remember what it was called though.... I still have my ps2 and this is the only game i kept. so badly wish they would remake/update it for current console. i would buy a whole console just to play this game.

I was about to say, Wreckfest is the closest to TD:EoD in spirit and in being a relatively realistic depiction of demo derby racing.

@@tarransanders21 A lot of the same tips apply there too... Always go after the sandbaggers first, otherwise by the end of the event their car will be fine while yours would be held together only by miracles.

I know 2 of the drivers in this we run together in a state called Kentucky there names are Jim Mullins and Berry Passmore. Jim dont drive anymore but Barry his son BJ and wife Jackie still drive derby cars. When I found out they where in this game it really blew my mind this was what u grew up playing on a ps2

+Mitchell Sexton Who? I'm super curious to see how many of these people are still out there doing this stuff, because I've seen my share of derbies and would love to get in contact with some of the drivers showcased in the videos. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if a lot of these people had to give it up due to the economy sucking so hard. I've got smokestacks with caps that fit a Toronado block and can't seem to find one for under $1500 on the secondary market to my dad having destroyed all of them in Missouri. :-X

Good riddance. You have no business destroying vintage cars like that and driving the prices up for us normal people. Go wreck Neons and Cavaliers, stay away from classic cars.

These videos were all filmed in the late 90s/early 00s when none of these cars were considered classics, and most were worth their weight in scrap. Things like Cavaliers and Neons were still "New" cars. Hell, I'm shocked to see an early 90s Grand Prix GT in there, that still would have been worth something.

^ What Cody said. There was a time where my '95 Escort was such a commonplace junk-box that people would run them til they died because that's what they were built for. Now they're so rare that I've had people approach me with nostalgia over it and two people even offer to buy it off me. They're not vintage until they're vintage.

@@codyvella1678 I'm the driver of that Grand Prix ! It was the most fun I ever got paid for !! I'm the owner of Ballard's Towing in Lakeland FL (Retired Now) and we raced almost every month at one event or another ! That Gran Prix went on to win 14 more Big Races !! Then I ended it's career by smashing it into another car at 100+ MPH ! Junked the motor ! Wish I could post pics of it to prove its me ! But You will see me at the end of the "Flag Pole" race ! And yes, These were all old CLUNKERS back then !! Every car on here was one week from the scrapyard !! And Id do it again tomorrow if I had the chance !!. I'm retired from Racing because of a back Injury ! But seriously considering getting back into it !! And YES, Even this class of Racing is EXSPESIVE !! But it's a FAMILY event and hobby ! It will keep/bring a family together !! Do it if you have the chance !! Ballard Motorsports will always rule this Game !! I won most of those races !.

I was a driver in most of these clips ! The "Demo" races were just a collection of races thought the year. But the "Closed" events were all filmed at "Orlando Speed World" ! We did this strictly for Atari and Monster Games. I'm #69(Blue Grand Prix) and my crew was in the other #66 and #67. I won most of those events that day and LOVED it ! It was REAL racing ! Nothing was "Staged" or "Faked" !!!! It was just filmed at a private Event so it could be filmed ! I'm retired now due to an injury, But seriously considering trying it again ! They used our real racing to convert into the Animated version for the game ! And the very last race wasn't involved with the Crash-A-Rama stuff !!
