I had it for over twenty years. No sleep, limping, bad movement, etc.... I feel for you. Just keep moving. Do what you can. Simple exercises to strengthen the areas that aren't hurt. Be careful with stretches, it could hurt it more. Do some research, try different things until you find relief. It's a slow process. I am fighting other pain now, but the sciatica has been gone for a couple of years now. It feels weird to not be pain in that way. Be ready for that too. Getting rid of pain is just the first step.
