just found your video and dude you are awesome, i wish i could play like Alex and you, wow you are amazing, i bet you've been playing for at least 10 to 20 years, cause you are amazing, and Alex is one of my favorite lead guitar players, he's the best, thanks for posting this video, sorry for the late reply like i said just found your channel and subbed, thanks :)

Thanks man!! It's been 18 years now.. I started when I was 14 I can't believe it's been already that long. Alex Skolnick is definitely one of my favourite guitar player too! Have a look at my other Testament covers. I've done quite a few as this is one of my favourite band ever!

Thanks mate! I do not use tabs for my covers I just learn them by ear. I don't really trust tabs there're always parts I disagree with

Why Use only downstroke

It's part of the Thrash culture they only use downstroke. If you watch my other covers unless it's Thrash I barely use downstrokes

Metallica only uses down strokes. Of makes the riff sound way fatter and chuggy if u can only downstroke

Testament is probably the best Thrash Metal band that never let down. We tuned our guitar before covering it though i feel like the sound quality of their first album makes it sound weird. Thanks for the feedback
