That's not exactly realistic, as it was obviously downhill. I have a really hard time believing that a 150hp car can do 230+ km/h on flat ground. Of course, 232 km/h on the speedo is probably 225 km/h at best with GPS, but still...

@@AcceleratingCars The realistic acceleration times and top speed are in our other video of this car the "test drive". The pov is not measured so it can be downhill or uphill sometimes

After 2,5 years of Cupra Formentor VZ with 310 HP, I ordered the Cupra Leon ST VZ also with 310 HP, coming in June next year... I'm really hyped getting it, haven't tested it yet. I think it might be a bit more sporty then the Formentor... The claimed times from 0-100 km/h are the same...

3:19 - 3:29 10 seconds from 0-100 km/h, and my 1987 Nissan bluebird turbo does it in 8,6 seconds buahahaha

80-120 around 6. something seconds. The ford focus 1.0 155mhev manual does 80-120 in 6 seconds too. Although the top speed is not the same. Which one would you think has better acceleration?

🤔 considering the 290 & 300 are flying machines i half expected this to be reasonably nippy for a 1.5 80-120 8 seconds 100-200 😢 Focus 1.5 seem to be a bit more pepper

Real GPS top speed on flat ground is around 210km/h.

Not really it is accurate almost 100% which is surprising i tested, my golf gtd steals like 14kph this one is accurate in 1kph

@@Joske0000 I overtook one like this some weeks ago. I saw that he was going at 150km/h, and I was doing 150 too. I think that it shows around 5km/h more at 150.

the maximum speed is 227, 231 is not valid because it is downhill.

The old 1.4 tsi Leon ST Fr had 8.0sec the 0-100. How they managed to slow down so much the new model to 8.7 (9.2 declared in the video)???🫣

The old one had 8.2 (claimed) and 8.3/8.4 real. The new one has 9.0 (claimed) and 8.8/8.9 real. A difference of 0.5 seconds is entirely reasonable for almost 150 kg more
