You have to remove the drivetrain and snake the cable through the bottom bracket

It's because the bike is meant to be raced, and if you notice most all the xc and downhill, etc sponsored riders are give the orange so folks recognize it, and I think orange is their original offroad color

Orange is the contemplary color to Blue, and in my subjective opinion it looks awesome with a orange fork

I did comment above, where they said XC is a dying breed, absolute crap. It's still just as big in Europe, NZ/Oz, Asia etc.. Speaking to friends in the States, seems to be mostly trail bikes there (that are still over biked for the trails some riders ride on...) and E-Bikes. But there is no world outside the USA I guess, so XC is dead! :) Also many of the pure XC bikes now have slacker head angles and more travel, but they are still pure XC. Cyclocross is also huge outside the States, again doesn't mean it's dead 🤦‍♀ I guess the argument would be that this Magazine is USA based, but it still sells around the world and people watch these vids around the word.
