Is it true testing positive on a home pregnancy test means you have testicular cancer?

That's an interesting question. Some non-seminomatous testicular cancers do in fact secrete β-hCG, which is the hormone that causes a positive pregnancy test. β-hCG is never normal in men. However, I am not sure that a commercial pregnancy test would detect it. If you feel you may have a testicular tumor, for whatever reason, see your doctor and do not rely on a pregnancy test. That's not what they are for.
