Luck is an old potion. It just kinda doesnt do anything anymore it used to make fishing loot more lucky to get name tags or fish or smth.

I got a 1.20 myth: you can breathe under water for ever without potion effects by breaking magma blocks than place it back once you bubbles go away. Repeat this process then you can travel through water caves (bedrock edition myth not sure on java)
