I wasn't trying to blow it up, but I get it. I could have tried to hit 4000W or ran at 2000W for a while. I didn't have the batteries available to run it that high for a long time. This will mostly run a residential refrigerator and some other smaller items so it will probably never need to peak to 4000W in my RV. But, the next one I buy I promise to try to fry it. I have bought some more batteries since then and will see how that goes.

Glad I decided to not run my 2000watt inverter continuous. I'm utilizing multiple 100ah batteries to run a fridge and computer together while pulling in 300 watts solar charge? I bought a Bluetti AC200MAX to handle the heavy loads like AC if necessary. It works great especially since the inverter fans hardly ever come on.

@@standingmannequin7911 Oh, those are nice. I have been thinking about a setup with those. Still trying to work that out VS building one. Our current plan is to run the fridge and a few smaller loads off the inverter using the 12v setup that the RV needs for everything else. I figure if we put 4 100ah batteries in parallel (keep it 12v for the RV items) and put a good group of solar panels on the roof, we should be good for that part. Then, for the heavy loads either build a setup that is 48v or buy a prebuilt setup like the Bluetti.
