That’s strange because torque test channel said this was no good, but everyone’s videos say otherwise

I was amazed. I didn't think it would do a whole wheel, then it did all four! With the 2ah battery it wouldn't even get one lug nut loose!

I've been using it on diesel bus hardware. It works 💪 great. Maybe the torque test channel bought a dud. It happens .

My ht 1/4 brushless impact driver took lug nuts off my f150 with the bigger battery there pretty good tools

@@austingoleman9431 holy shit…I'm surprised the anvil didn't shear! They must have been torqued correctly! (or loose)

I have the same tool. Its been good, and works fine for all of my needs. The only negative thing i can say is, the 2ah battery that came with mine was severly under powered for the tool. I had to buy the 4ah battery to get it to work well. Otherwise, its been a handy reliable impact wrench.

Yeah, I had to get the 4ah to get my lugnuts off, that time. Since then, the 2ah gets them. i have a feeling the lugs were partially seized, but maybe the tool got stronger, idk. The studs are always slathered with antistuck, because the nuts are aluminum, and the lugs are always torqued with a Snap On Tech Angle. I have a feeling that we'll have a follow up, soon, because last night the nose felt loose, on the HT impact wrench.

Why does everyone keep trying to take lug nuts off with the 3/8 it's a 3/8 it's for like valve cover gasket boats
@Iowa5998 ай бұрын
Because I can. Even on air I used 3/8 when possible, so any cars or pickups, except duallies. For those, or bigger, I just went to 1/2". Roughly…really, it came down to lug size, because my 3/8" sockets max at 24mm. Ever since I got a 3/8" impact, anyway, over 10 years ago. I still use 1/2" for lugs by hand, because my 3/8" ratchet's not long enough.

It's just testing the capability of the tool

I agree bud. It is very confusing. These are the same people that lay their bare tools on concrete for them to get scratched and then leave them in a wet environment to get rusty after that. The same people that paint around fixtures and receptacles and light switch plates, the same people that use drywall screws or 25 zip ties to attach thier splash shield / lower engine tray on the bottom of their car, the same people that keep McDonalds on business (I haven't eaten it since I was a very small child and I am 38 now, the same people that are the reason there are 172 different cheap aftermarket wheel companies doing business in this country right now, the same people that make Temu a thing, the same people that make the Ford and Chevrolet car so popular, the same people that keep the above ground pool companies in business, the same people that get a cracked windshield and either immediately start looking for a "repair kit" online as if some new and improved way of melting glass and instantly fixing a windshield has been invented by chance, the same people that have pubic hair and dried pee spots on the bottom side things of their toilets and if you spray them with bleach to clean them you might die from fumes, the same people that make Alex Jones rich, the same people that make companies have to put warning labels on EVERYTHING such as "Warning: Don not eat the tide pods" or fine print on the box of food that says "not the actual size of the food". These are the same people that make me stay to myself and despise many. The same people that made me buy a $800,000 home on the beach at 38 and say eff the world, it's me and my dog and that is how it is going to be. Good luck out there bro. Lol

Also, because I carry 3/8" on my tool cart, not 1/2". Needing 1/2" requires a trip back to my toolbox, which may be very far from where I am. (like, end-to-end, the shop may be several hundred meters, or more, which is time, & if FR, time=money)
