I had to know what a Tremella mushroom was and what it does in makeup 😂…so apparently it boosts hydration and the mushrooms are a natural source of hyaluronic acids

I think having the correct shade will provide you with a little better coverage & give you the finish you’re looking for as well. Wearing a shade that’s too light can compromise the coverage & finish.

I LOOOVE the new Elf blushes. I bought the three lightest shades and they’re amazing! I didn’t care for the new Elf “tubing” mascara. I didn’t find it to remove like a normal tubing mascara, and it was super hard to remove! I couldn’t even remove it with an oil cleanser, and a second cleanse 😳 I’ve never had that problem even with a waterproof mascara

From what I’ve seen of the elf liquid blushes the two lightest colors (peach and rose) are much less pigmented. Which is really good for super pale skin.

I love ELF products! They have been absolutely killing it. I just purchased one of the lip oils and am loving it. I have oily skin but I'm so tempted to try that liquid blush. Looks so pretty. Kelly, I had to know what Tremella mushroom is. This is what I found. It's a natural skin protector. Tremella mushrooms help to lock in your skin's moisture by protecting the skin's natural barrier. The ruffled mushroom is able to prevent water loss from the skin as the polysaccharides in the mushroom form a flexible film on the skin.

Love that new mascara was! Love the new lip oils! Those liquid blushes r fire 🔥! I like that new foundation u used! I like the new poreless putty primer in the liquid formula! Yes please! So much better! I use Elf’s brow freeze w/their matching spoilee brush & the other end is a flat triangle plate that straightens out yr brows it’s really great & cheap! The blushes are amazing. I mix suave mauve with Dusty rose, literally the smallest amount on the back of my hand and it is so pretty. I'm obsessed with the lip oils too. The mascara is awesome too, definitely good for my lower lashes.

Kelly - I love how close up you are when applying makeup. It's really helpful to be able to see how the products appy & what they look like. If I could ask just one thing it would be if you could could turn the brightness down a bit. I find that even though I love how close you are w/your light complexion & those bright llights it makes it really difficult to see detail - the brightness on your face blows the color out if you know what I mean. I think when your complexion is darker it's easier to see cuz there's some contrast.

Looked that up , cause I'd never heard of that mushroom. It's also called the snow fungi. It helps with inflammation, oxidative stress& improves appearance of skin. As well as heart health, immunity, & cognitive health. Mostly found in the tropics on dead branches of broad leaves trees. I do love elf, they certainly have came a long way. Question about the power grip primer. I purchased the pink power grip primer with niacinamide. I know it's meant to be a tacky, gripping primer, but when I apply this it literally feels like I'm applying glue to my face. I wanted to love it with all the hype it gets but it makes my foundation and powders go on so thick and heavy and settle into my fine lines. Did I get a bad tube? Is the pink stickier than the green? Is there a way to apply this where my makeup won't go on so thick and heavy?
