It's 15 TIMES more expensive, for a very very small difference is sharpening, and no, it's not easier to use because the cheap one has dumbproof guides. Don't buy the expensive garbage.. get the cheap one or if you really want results, buy wet stones.

In long term that cheap sharpener actually destroys the blade. So if you have a good knife, buy the good expensive sharpener

It’s cuz he used it wrong he didn’t even do the leather strop. Usually when I use it I get a 40-90. The cheap sharpener destroys ur knife

Im waiting on a similar one to the cheap one, I dont expect to shave with my knives so I can wait for the whetstone when I can afford it.

Place it on a cutting board for height. That was the suggestion in another video and it worked from what I saw.

Try something between the price of these two like the spyderco offering. Lansky makes one similar in style to it too that’s much closer in price to the first one you showed.

Smaller digit is sharper. But it's still not worth it to pay this much for such a small difference.
