Huge stuff, wishing you all the best man! Show everyone you don't need 900k and 16 engines to enter the WC. Don't suppose they're let you enter the twin engine 🤔 if you start a go fund me, I'm sure could find a few quid to send your way

Can't you use taller plugs? Since they're cheaper. Is it a regulation thing?

try braking alot later and hold the wheel lower so u can push with it stonger< also maybe take out some castore/grip to stop the bouncing under load

holding the wheel higher gives you more control over the kart, way easier to push on the wheel that way

I'm impressed that you fit a size 2 otk seat ! Not that I'm saying you are big guy, but that's my size of seat and I'm 1,67m and 62 kilos

Yeah I was a bit surprised too as I'm quite a stocky build, more of a rugby player. I have lost a lot of weight so that does help. What id give to be your weight for this race 😂

@@GlennGuest well, pros and cons. My seat it's like a swiss cheese (full of holes) to mount 8 kilos of balast weight for the 162 kilos on the Rotax class. Also, I recently purchased a new OTK chassis and because I have very short legs, I cannot reach the pedals with the standard seat position, so I will have to put the pedal extensions ...

Yeah I've noted that one watching back, the turn in on the KR is pretty ferocious so yeah need to sort it out.

164KG total. So realistically another 10KG to lose. Some off the kart but most off me. I'm halfway there having lost 10KG already.

Nah I love it. These are actually worse with the decompression valve than a normal DD in all honesty!
