Why can't nvidia use FG on RTX 3000-2000 cards if they are fully supported to run with this new technology ? Are they hidding something to us?? Tested on a ASUS RTX 3080 10GB OC using old version of DLLSG.dll

Do you have a tutorial for this? What .DLL file do you have to replace, from where? I'm really curious to try this on my 3080 now.

Currently, the only game that works with FG and the DLSSG.dll file its Portal Prelude RTX sadly, no other game works for what i know with this method... also i try to do it in Cyberpunk 2077 and i have no luck, the FG option still greyed out...

@@TheYoxiz Just download the nvngx_dlssg.dll from www.techpowerup.com/download/nvidia-dlss-3-frame-generation-dll/, search the 1.0.1.0 version, once downloaded put the files into the .trex folder, replace the new version with the old one, also if you like you can replace the dlss version as well. Just Download the last dlss v3.5 and put it in the same folder

You can enable the option due to replacing the DLL but its not actually doing anything. It can't be enabled for 2000-3000 series cards because it requires hardware level changes which are included in the 4000 series architecture. Nvidia would of course make it backwards compatible if that were possible, just like they did with ray reconstruction.

Im getting 100 fps more when enabling this, why are you saying that this doesn't work?

@@Durantl Its not generating a frame based on the motion vectors, just a static frame. FPS goes up but your input lag and visual fidelity will stay the same

@@bored2171 Exactly, due to the lack of motion vectors but I feel Nvidia could implement this in some way or another, just as AMD did in its RX card
