Well... As a Roblox Game Developer... Decals are for putting some images in ur game, For example, I put a bloody help decal as an Easter egg at one of my games' hills or mountains. And, someone putting some faces to wear which were coded IN the game like in Parrot Obby. When you are developing a game, You will see that super super happy face when grabbing some decals to put in your game. It means you can grab alot of decals to improve your game! Theory: Plus, if the 3rd one had super super happy face, as you see in the video, it's a decal right? So it's basically a picture. Like you can change your *super super happy face decal* in your Bloxburg picture frame and you put in the ID of the decal then you have a picture of it but overall its a scam! I’m gonna try to get blender on my pc and once I have it, ill make a mask that is gonna be the lower part (the mouth) and glasses to make eyes and blushes Edit: shaders got my laptop a bad virus so yeah (i directly dont use shaders to make edits bc they are laggy to me and they got a virus)

For the first one doesn’t put it in your inventory but I’ve done it lots of times and I got the face (but not in my inventory) so when all you have to do is find someone that has the super super happy face on and then put it on, put on a other face, take it off, and then there you have it for show bu5 you can’t see it in game or anything just for you. But when you get out of the shop and you go back to the lobby of the avatar editor then it will disappear. I hope that help lol sorry for it being long!
