at 9:46 the reason why it stopped working is because there is a max block limit of i think 16 blocks and it does not push anymore

9:47 that is the limit the piston can push.

What happens with the basalt generator is that the piston is trying to push 13 blocks, which isn’t possible. Pistons can push max of 12 blocks.

There is actually a cobblestone version of the basalt bridge so you can make a cobblestone generator. I built it and i got over a stack of cobblestone after it was done. Thing is.... Pistons can only push up to 12 blocks.
