Waste circuit, without load it's goes 300 volt, it's easily damage chargers. Make a stable output first. When u connect the load the volt goes to 150 volt. Make a feed back Circuit. Utter waste

You are using DC out putt. not good must be 220 volts @ AC not DC. People need to understand before make this crap. if it not LF or 50 Hz pure sine wave. then dont waist time making something crap. from experience using modified sine wave is crap.best to save up and buy a decent inverter instead of making sometimes will cost you more time and more parts. I'm not saying you can't build an inverter do proper research and proper design before you start.
