Tati is doing absolutely great with her videos, the only thing she really NEEDS is close ups. Sometimes if she says something looks horrible on her we can’t see it at all. It legit just looks like what she always wears.

I wish you would have zoomed in so we could see how the makeup looked on the skin. Your makeup actually looked good and I didn’t notice any of the negatives you mentioned except for the poor performance of the eyeshadow.

kelly playford some people put ice in their milkshakes. Gelato maybe isn't as common tho since that's not something majority of Americans usually even eat so of course much less add it to milkshakes. Tho milkshakes and smoothies can pretty much be made with whatever ingredients you want..

Can you please zoom in or use more natural lighting . You're saying these products aren't that great but under the lighting and how far away you are you look fine... It's very difficult to see any issues with products when you dont zoom in to show

Yasmin Paul I can see it on my phone and computer. And she doesn’t use a blurring affect. Lighting and camera lenses change what it might look like in person. Why should she lower her filming quality so you feel better?

Krystal Utkin ...wow. you can film without heavy lighting and still have it look professional you're obviously just commenting for the sake of it. Low lighting is actually better at showing pores and flaws.

I totally agree, with the more obvious things like the eye shadow it doesn't matter, but with the face products I see nothing wrong with them with all the lighting

It's really hard to tell these are bad products because you are too far away. From this far, it looks the same as usual. Zooming in would be really helpful!!

I love your honesty on the reviews. I do wonder maybe if you could closeups though? You kept saying the base stuff was so terrible and made you look bad, but of course, in the video, you look gorgeous, so it's hard to tell exactly what was so bad about it. Perhaps closeups to show the texture or pores?

I have to say, it's very frustrating watching beauty gurus talk about foundation, concealer, etc. when we can't actually see it. It's always 5 feet away, blown out with beauty lights and filtered away. Half the time I can't see any difference when she says a base product is awful and it starts to feel like she could put house paint on her face and we wouldn't be able to see.

I honestly am in love with my Becca foundation. My skin is really dry and it makes me look great. I always get compliments on my makeup when I wear it❤️ Skin types make a huge difference!

I love the Becca as well. I don't like looking or feeling like I am wearing a ton of makeup. I like having skin showing through-and the Becca foundation is luminous and pretty.

Tati I have been following you for 5 yrs. I Love how comfortable you have become in front of the camera. I enjoyed this video so much and your personality really shined through. Just one request please? Please do a close up? It's really hard to see product performance when you are so far away and the lights are so bright.

I LOVE the Becca foundation!! I use it pretty much every single day. I have pretty good skin, no acne or really visible pigmentation or anything like that it’s just dry as hell and dull looking. I also use a spf on my face every day so it’s lighter than my body, the aqua luminous foundation is perfect to even out my skin tone and give me a little bit of dew without putting anything too heavy on my face. It is definitely not a night time foundation but it’s perfect for work!

I have dry skin and that Becca foundation is my go-to. I LOVE the way it melts into my skin. I’m not a huge fan of the dispenser, and you do have to use a full pump, but it matches me beautifully and stays on all day. My sister, who has oilier skin can’t use it at all.

I have dry skin and I really hated that foundation. It just made my skin look like crap for some reason and didn't wear well at all so I gave it to a friend and she loved it.

Iced chocolate is actually a type of sweets which made with cocoa, coconut oil and mint extract. I'ts ment to be kept in the fridge because it melts easily because of the coconut oil. With the mint it's a cool summer treat and it's from Germany but it's also popular in Hungary where I'm from. I think that's what they meant. :) Have a nice day!

Tati girl I LOVE you but I literally cannot tell what so ever that this makeup looks bad because you're simply not zoomed in enough. Please when you're done just give us one close up to show WHY you don't recommend these products because we really can't tell. Still enjoyed the video otherwise and appreciate that you explain in words why it doesn't work but I don't want to just take your word, I want to see too 💕

I, personally, would DEFINITELY be interested in seeing a version of this for other stores, drugstore makeup, etc., BUT only if you used JUST the makeup you chose for the video. For me, the excitement of these videos comes from seeing how the final look comes out. It's pretty anti climactic when it's doctored if the makeup isn't working bc...isn't that the point? I absolutely ADORE 💕 you & your content, your work ethic, & your personality, so I mean NO disrespect. I enjoy watching you regardless but, as a video premise goes, I felt this one was defeated as soon as you "fixed" everything that looked less than complimentary. 😕

Can you please show us why you dont like a product instead of just saying you hate it? Because of the filter over the video all we see is perfection. Your skin looked perfect. 1000000% agree. To be completely honest, you say it “looks bad” but it looks just like your makeup (maybe a little light handed compared to some of your more full glam looks) always does. To me it looks completely fine.... so what’s the point of the trying on for a video if your lighting/filter makes it looks fine to us. The only thing I could definitely see issue with was the Givenchy shadows

I have dry skin and the Becca Luminous primer is a GOD SEND in the winter months especially! It makes my skin look so beautiful and naturally glowy without appearing oily. I don't like it in the summer months, though, because it is more of a dewy look and that doesn't mix with the humidity of where I live. But overall, if you have fairly clear skin, it gives a beautiful sheer coverage that leaves you with "perfect" looking skin. I always get so many compliments when I wear this. It may not work for everyone, but if you have dry skin, I would highly recommend it.

i think she works really hard for us....i cannot remember in the last 4 years the last time she didn't upload a vid and she reads the comments......she takes her job seriously, tests both high end, low end products, indie products....mixes it up with hair or skin care; let's us into her lives. If she makes money then she makes money, god bless her. (and pookah and james....but esp pookah)

I am a new subscriber and I love your videos! Also the fact that you wear contacts actually really helps me. I have really sensitive eyes too so when things are bothering your eyes I don’t even bother with them. Which helps me sooo much! Your videos are awesome.

Wetting your eyeshadow brush with a few squirts of Mac Fix+ will always bring out the pigment in the eyeshadow more versus apllying it with a dry brush. Tati almost always does that if she has problems with eyeshadows but in this video she did not.

patr70 lmao the palette is 66$ for six shades there should be no need to wet it at all and especially not the matte shade are you kidding me and there was no pigment not even a bit usually you at least have some decent pigment for shimmer shades and then wet it

The powder has Menthyl Lactate in it so that is why it had a cooling effect and burning effect to the eyes. There are some ingredients that really don't need to be in stuff for the face.

It makes it so hard a your viewer to tell if it is working or not because you always have a filter. maybe on these types of videos don't use it at all or use it and then show us a close up.

i know a lot of people disagree but i really dont like how she incorporated other products in that arent low rated. idk i was really curious to see how everything worked out and what the end result would look like but thats hard to do when she used so many things instead of the products she originally mentioned :( and i wished she did a zoom in on her face, it looks airbrushed when its not zoomed in so it's really difficult to know how bad it actually looks and idk. i just wish i saw a real end result of just the bad products with a close up at the end :/ but i know lots of people like the tips and stuff so if more people like that than ofc she should keep doing what shes doing
